Media representatives are welcome at all World Championship races, where they will be provided with facilities including informational and technical services.

Sprint relays are run with a mass start, with a race duration of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The sprint race duration is about 3 hours and 30 minutes, with interval starts, and the finish of the best runners is expected after 12:00 PM. The long distance race duration is approximately 7 hours, with interval starts, and the finish of the best runners is expected after 3:00 PM. The middle distance race duration is approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes, with interval starts, and the finish of the best runners is expected after 2:00 PM. Relays start with a mass start, with men starting at 9:00 AM and women at 11:00 AM, and the duration of each race is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Parking
Parking is always provided at a comfortable distance from each arena to ensure easy access from your vehicle to the competition venues, even with the necessary equipment. In some locations, media parking is designated closer to the arena than parking for competitors and the public. Please do not park outside the areas designated by the organisers.
- Sprint relay – Arena Plzeň – Lochotín – car park “Nad ZOO”
- Sprintu race – Stříbro – car park in front of the stadium gate.
- Long distance race – Hůrky – meadow near the arena.
- Middle distance race, relay – Dobříč – meadow near the arena
Media Tent
A media tent will be set up in each arena to provide the necessary facilities. Here you will find all the information about the races and the World Championship, receive printed materials, handle additional accreditations, connect to Wi-Fi, and charge your electronic devices. We also offer light refreshments.
Photography
We welcome all photographers and other audiovisual content creators. However, please note that access to the race area is very limited and specific rules of movement and behaviour apply. We ask photographers who wish to enter the race area to arrive well in advance of the race start at the media tent for a photography briefing. Access to the race area may not be granted without attending the briefing.
